Thomas Skaggs

Thomas M. Skaggs, 71 of Sanford passed away Monday, December 12, 2022, in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, December 19, 2022, at Minton Memorial Chapel. Cremation will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Thomas was born August 24, 1951, in Hammond, Indiana to Robert and Jennette (Clevinger) Skaggs. He got his associate degree from Purdue University. He was an international electrical superintendent. He was also an instrumentation and electrical instructor at Frank Phillips College. He moved to Sanford in 1984 where he was a member of Sanford First Baptist Church. He had been attending Kingdom Bound Ministry in Borger. He loved fishing, hunting and sportsman shooting. He also loved watching movies and cooking.

Preceding him in death are his parents and a sister Diane Gates.

Surviving are his daughters, Crystal Franks of Borger and Jane Marie Spotora of Lowell, Indiana; brothers, Robert Skaggs of Mountain Home, Texas and Vernon Skaggs; seven grandchildren, Jirime, Riley, Arielle, Bobbiejo, Gianala, Ian and Jennette.
