Tomas Rodriguez, 18, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Lake McKenzie in Briscoe County, Texas.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 9th, at First Baptist Church with Guillermo Barraza of Tabernaculo De Fe officiating. Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Tomas was born on May 11, 1993 in Galveston and had been a Borger resident for six years. He was going to be a Senior at Borger High School where he played football, soccer and tennis. He loved life and worked in produce at United.

Tomas is survived by his parents Abdias Amparo Rodriguez of the home, brother Mario A. Rodriguez and wife Elizabeth of Borger, three sisters Noemi C. Rodriguez, Ma Daisy Rodriguez, Maria Urzua all of Borger.Niece Irma A, Rodriguez and Nephew Abraham Rodriguez.
