Waite Mcnulty

August 11, 1920 — March 12, 2015

Waite J. McNulty, 94 of Borger died Thursday March 12th in Amarillo. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Wesley Methodist Church with Rev. Earl Burkholder of Channing United Metodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. There will be a visitation Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the funeral home.

Waite was born August 11, 1920 in Great Falls, Montana to Charles Waite McNulty and Bessie Azalea Ferneau McNulty. He served in the US Army Air Corps. He came to Borger when he was ten years old. He married Shirley Burgdorf November 14, 1943 in Borger. He was a jobber for Shamrock Oil and had several stations. He also supplied the marina at Lake Meredith. He delivered pizza for Pizza Hut in Borger from ages 84 to 89.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley in 2008.

He is survived by his son Kelly and wife Kelly Jean McNulty of Richardson, TX. Daughter Stacie White of Amarillo. Three grandchildren Spencer Thompson and wife Rachel, Miles McNulty and Jenna White. Two great grandchildren Violet Thompson and Ezra Thompson.
