Walter Hutson

Walter Buford Hutson, 91, died Thursday, October 26th in Borger.BRBRServices will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with Rev. Calvin Winters, pastor officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.BRBRMr. Hutson was born on September 12, 1915 in Saxie, Texas now Garland, Tx. to John L. and Ida Bailey Hutson. He served with the U.S. Army during WW II. After the war was over, he resumed his job with Panhandle Eastern Pipeline where he was employed until his retirement in 1977.BRBRSurvivors include his wife, Sona Hutson of the home, son - Ronnie Hutson and wife Linda of Fritch, step-son - James Schulz of Arlington, Tx., brother - Robert Hutson of Van Vleck, Tx., sister - Frances Anderson of Lubbock, three grandchildren - John Stacy Hutson of Fritch, Kirk Hutson of Gering, NE and Latisha Hutson of Norwich, NY, eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.BRBRCasket bearers will be Randy Hammack, Wendyl Sanders, Loyal Miller, Donny Manning, Clint Manning and Jimmy Topper.
