Wanda Boyles

Wanda Clarice Boyles, 82, died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in Borger.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Darrel Burton, Hospice of the Southwest officiating. Cremation is under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Wanda was born on November 22, 1927 in Hoffman, Oklahoma and she had been a Spring Creek and Borger resident for 59 years. She was assistant store manager for Fairlanes Grocery, was a member of Spring Creek PTA and she enjoyed quilting and especially her family. She married Ray M. Boyles on May 5, 1946 in Scottsdale, Arizona and he preceded her in death in 2008.

She is survived by two sons Stanley Boyles and wife Jan of Edom, TX, Mike Boyles of Longview, TX, two daughters Karen Hunt and husband Bill and Joanie Boland husband Johnny all of Borger, two brothers Richard Martin of San Diego, CA, Sonny Martin of Phoenix, AZ, two sisters Ellen Norris of Phoenix, AZ, Alice LaBeau of Los Angeles, CA, twelve grandchildren and twenty greatgrandchildren.
