Wayne Wheless

Wayne W. "Popsy" Wheless 78 of Borger passed away July 31st in Borger after a short but vigilant battle with cancer. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. There will be no services per his request.
Wayne was born September 7, 1936 in Seagraves, TX to Roger and Margaret Allen Wheless. He graduated from Borger High School in 1955. He served in the US Army for four years. In 1967 he graduated from West Texas University. He moved to Alaska in 1967 and retired in 1988. He married his wife Polly at Santa Claus house in North Pole, Alaska December 1, 1972.

Wayne is survived by his wife Polly . Three amazing children Donny Rawlins and wife Susan of Fritch; Vicki Ralls and husband Randy of Borger; Cindy Crump and husband Joe of Amarillo. Nine awsome grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren. Four sisters Joann Lawson of Amarillo, Joyce Hannon and Winnie Littrell both of Borger and Patsy Sims of Fritch. One brother Sherman Wheless of Borger.
