BR W.D. Kay, 93, died Tuesday, February 19, 2007, in Amarillo.BRBRServiceswill be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the First Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with Rev. Calvin Winters, pastor and Rev. John Denton, former pastor officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.BRBRMr. Kay was born on November 18, 1914 in DeLeon, Texas and had been a Fritch resident since 1953. He married Barbara Fulfer on August 7, 1937 in DeLeon. They've been married for 70 years. He was superintendent of Sanford-Fritch ISD fron 1953 to 1974 and was a teacher for 37 years. He was a member of the Borger Gideon Camp.
