Wendy Michelle Harris formerly of Stinnett, passed away Saturday June 3, 2017 in Richland, WA.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday June 10, 2017 at the Church of Christ at Borger with Mr. Richard Kasko of the Fritch Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow at the Stinnett Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Friday evening at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Wendy Michelle Harris was born May 20, 1966 in Fresno, CA. to Buddy and Joyce Woodard Palmer. She was a resident of Hutchinson County from 1982 to 2000 and then moved to Washington St. from Stinnett. Wendy was a member of the Church of Christ at Borger, and worked as a bank teller at the Gesa Credit Union in Richland for a number of years. On March 17, 2001 she married Kenny Harris in Kennewick, WA. Wendy loved to read, crafts, scrapbooking, and her grandchildren dearly.
Survivors include her husband Kenny Harris of Benton City, WA.; mother Joyce Palmer of Amarillo; her son Cody Leinen and daughter Hope Leinen both of Stinnett; three brothers Jerry Palmer and wife Shawna, Michael Palmer and wife Jennie, Joey Palmer and wife Sky all of Canyon; two grandchildren Kodie Elizabeth Grace Leinen, and Liam Daniel Ryker Evanson.
Wendy is preceded in death by her father Buddy Palmer, and her sister Debbie Palmer.
