Wenona McBee Thomas, 79, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Biblical Apostolic Church with Pastor Jerry Moon officiating. Burial will follow in White Deer Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at the funeral home.
Wenona was born March 15, 1943, in Borger, Texas to William Haywood McBee and Beadie Maryelizabeth Wheat McBee. She was a member of Biblical Apostolic Church. Wenona enjoyed fishing, camping, doing arts and crafts, and bowling. Nothing brought more joy to her life than her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmy Joe Thomas; sons, Jerry Thomas, Curtis Ray Thomas, James Troy Thomas; and eight siblings.
Survivors include her sons, Haywood Thomas and wife Keisha of Fritch, Arian Thomas of Stinnett; daughters, Karen Purcell of Borger, Mary Dorman of Stinnett; fourteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
