BRWillard Vernon Reeves Jr., 65, died Thursday, May 31st, 2007 in Amarillo, Texas.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Church of Christ at Borger with Mr. Gary Bodine, Pastor of Wellington Kansas Church of Christ officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Hope at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMr. Reeves was born on December 6, 1941 in Harmon County, Oklahoma and had been a Borger resident for 60 years. He married Edie Strickland on January 30, 1960 in Borger. He was a Sales and Development Manager for the Coca-Cola Company. He was a member of the Church of Christ at Borger and a former member of Ambucks and The Hutchinson County Sheriff's Posse. He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Vernon Reeves, Sr. and his brother, James Vance Reeves.BRBRHe is survived by his mother - Opal Reeves of Borger, his wife, Edie of the home, son - Blake Reeves of College Station, Tx., daughter - Sari Reams of Borger, brother - Ricky Reeves of Fritch, two sisters - Michelle Rodriguez of Borger, Betty Anderson of Joshua, Tx. and two grandchildren - Breanna Weston.

Casket bearers will be Ricky Reeves, John Rodriguez Sr., Ivan Reams, Billy Sissel, Leon Russell and Larry Strickland. Honorary casket bearers will be Larry Shaffer and Garland Kite.
