William Dowling, Jr.

William Bill Arthur Dowling, Jr., 55, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014.

A celebration of Bills life will be held 2 pm Friday, April 18, 2014 at Grace Church in Borger.

Bill was born October 25, 1958 in North Babylon, New York to Marion and William Dowling. He attended Celebration Family Church in Fritch. Bill proudly served in the United States Air Force and the Arkansas National Guard. He had a true zest for life. In his free time Bill enjoyed camping, fly fishing, stock car racing and riding motorcycles. However, spending time with his boys was his favorite pastime.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Dowling.

Survivors include his sons, Christopher Hot Rod Dowling of Borger, Shawn Hollywood Dowling of Fritch three grandchildren, Caley, Maddox, Jericho sisters, Nancy Pocorroba of New York, Barb Piazza and her husband, Tom of Missouri, Kathy Quarles and her husband, Norm of Arkansas, Debbie Dowling of New York and Lisa Dowling of Arkansas.
