William Lee Odell

William Lee Odell, 79 of Fritch, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025, at home surrounded by family. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Fritch First Baptist Church. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

William was born September 12, 1945, in Borger to Taylor Mullins Odell and Bertha Christine (Brunson) Odell.

William worked for Shell Oil as a gas tester. He came to Fritch from Houston in 2016.

Surviving are his sons Danny and wife NuNu Odell of Fritch and Billy Odell of Fritch. Brothers Jerry Odell of Dallas and Mike Odell of Oklahoma. Sisters Marinda Bisland and Belinda Odell are both of Arlington, TX. Grandchildren Sean Odell, Dillon Odell, Evelyn Stokes and Alicia Garrad. Seven great grandchildren. One great great granddaughter is Saylor Grey Branhan.
