Jimmy Gillmore, Pastor Riverview Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Phillips was born on October 15, 1932 in Clarendon, Texas to Roy Wilmer Ilogene Reeves. She was a four star college graduate and a homemaker.BRBRSurvivors include four sons - Steve Phillips, Todd Lerke, and Mark Lerke all of Stinnett, Stacey Lerke of Amarillo, daughter - Lana Gillmore of Amarillo, fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
