Xia Yarbrough

The Angels in heaven are rejoicing for Juanita has come home. At age 82, Xia Juanita Yarbrough went to be with her Heavenly Father Wednesday August 12, 2009 at her home in Borger.

A celebration will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Minton Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Juanita was born April 29, 1927 in Sunset, TX, and was a resident of Borger for 64 years. She was a loving mother of Five Children, adopted and raised two grandchildren. Loved and helped with other grandchildren. She was a member of the Borger Church of God, and the American Legion Ladies Aux.

Juanita was always the life of the party whether with her children and their friends of at any family function. Party was her middle name, and party to her was laugh, eat, and laugh some more.

Juanita married Paul Henry Yarbrough in 1945 at Forestburg, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents Levi and Kate Foster, seven brothers, Owen, James, Lester, Lawrence, Lee Olen, Ezra, and Franklin; a twin sister Oneta, and three sons Paul, Larry, and Johnny.

Juanita is survived by her husband Paul Yarbrough of the home, two sons - Terry Yarbrough of Granbury TX, Paul Green and Brandi of Amarillo, two daughters - Cynthia Reynolds and husband Bud of Borger, and Teri Green of Borger, three grandchildren - Jonathan Yarbrough and wife Elizabeth of Borger, Rachel Yarbrough of Springfield, Mo. and Steasha Broom of Borger. and five great-grandchildren - Derek Matthews, Ruby Yarbrough, Chathan, Lane, and Emily Broom all of Borger.

Visitation will be Friday August 14, 2009 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Minton Chatwell funeral home in Borger.
