Zona Coffer

Zona Coffer, 94 of Borger died Monday June 4th at Borger. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Tim Yates Chaplain of Interim Hospice officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Zona was born October 25, 1917 at Emory, Texas to Charlie and Olma Malone. She married Lonzo Coffer in 1943 at Borger where they made their home. She worked for Panhandle Bank and Trust as a book keeper. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1990.

Zona is survived by sons Joe Coffer of Electra, Texas and Larry Coffer of Cypress, Texas. Daughter Beverly Coffer of Borger. Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
